These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Link Previewer Pro website, browser extension, free and premium features, licenses, and related services.

Link Previewer Pro is a digital product owned and operated by CattoDevs (“CattoDevs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, installing or using the extension, creating an account, purchasing a license, or activating premium features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use Link Previewer Pro.

1. About Link Previewer Pro

Link Previewer Pro is a browser extension that allows users to preview, organize, and interact with web links and webpage content through supported browsers.

Available features may include:

• Link and webpage previews;

• Multiple or nested preview windows;

• Notes, ratings, bookmarks, and preview history;

• Screenshots and content-copying tools;

• Saved sessions and preview groups;

• Workflows and domain rules;

• Blocklists and security controls;

• Custom themes, layouts, and preferences; and

• Other free or premium features described on our website or browser-extension listings.

Some features may differ depending on your browser, operating system, extension version, selected plan, or third-party website restrictions.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase a license or create an account.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and complete any purchase on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing a license, or contacting support.

3. Free and Premium Features

Link Previewer Pro may provide both free and premium features.

Free features may be used without purchasing a license, subject to these Terms and any limitations displayed in the extension or on our website.

Premium features require a valid license. The features, activation limit, license duration, price, and billing arrangement applicable to your purchase will be displayed on the product or checkout page.

We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice before making a material change that substantially affects an active paid license.

4. Prices and Payments

Current prices and available license plans are displayed on the Link Previewer Pro website and during checkout.

Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing:

• The applicable price;

• Currency;

• Whether the license is a one-time purchase or recurring subscription;

• License duration;

• Activation or device limits;

• Included features; and

• Any applicable taxes or additional charges shown during checkout.

Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider identified during checkout. By submitting a payment, you authorize the selected provider to process the transaction.

CattoDevs does not receive or store your complete card number, card security code, electronic-wallet credentials, or online-banking password.

Prices and available plans may change. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase. Changes affecting recurring subscriptions will apply according to the notice and renewal terms provided to the subscriber and applicable law.

5. Recurring Subscriptions

If a plan is described during checkout as monthly, annual, or otherwise recurring, the subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

The billing frequency, renewal price, and available cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available account controls or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not immediately terminate access already paid for during the current billing period.

Failing to use the extension does not automatically cancel a subscription.

This section does not apply to a license clearly described as a one-time purchase or lifetime license.

6. Digital Delivery and Activation

Link Previewer Pro is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, a license key or activation entitlement may be provided through:

• The order-confirmation page;

• Your registered email address;

• Your customer account; or

• Another delivery method disclosed during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folder.

If you do not receive your license or cannot activate it, contact support with your order information.

7. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and successful payment where required, CattoDevs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use Link Previewer Pro for its intended purpose.

Your license does not transfer ownership of the extension, source code, design, trademarks, or other intellectual property to you.

The number of permitted browsers, devices, installations, or active instances is determined by the license plan shown when you purchase the product.

Unless expressly permitted by CattoDevs, you must not:

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute your license;

• Share your license key with unauthorized users;

• Use one license beyond its permitted activation limit;

• Circumvent license validation or premium-feature restrictions;

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;

• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;

• Use the extension to introduce malware or perform unlawful activity; or

• Use the extension in a manner that harms CattoDevs, other users, third-party websites, or services.

8. License Activation and Validation

Premium features require a valid and active license.

The extension may periodically contact our license server to:

• Activate or validate a license;

• Confirm license status;

• Check permitted activation limits;

• Prevent unauthorized license sharing;

• Detect suspected abuse; and

• Determine whether premium features should remain enabled.

A license may be restricted or deactivated if it is:

• Invalid or expired;

• Refunded or charged back;

• Revoked due to a violation of these Terms;

• Used beyond its permitted activation limit; or

• Associated with suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized distribution.

If you believe your license was restricted incorrectly, contact support and request a review.

9. Accounts and License Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license key.

You must promptly notify us if you believe that your account or license key has been lost, stolen, compromised, or used without authorization.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to protect your credentials or license information, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Link Previewer Pro only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website or extension to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;

• Access content without authorization;

• Bypass access controls, paywalls, or website restrictions;

• Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful content;

• Conduct fraud, phishing, harassment, or deceptive activity;

• Interfere with websites, networks, systems, or other users;

• Collect personal information unlawfully;

• Automate excessive requests that may harm or overload a third-party service; or

• Violate the applicable terms or policies of a third-party website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of webpage copying, screenshots, previews, workflows, and related tools complies with applicable law and the rights and terms of third parties.

11. Locally Stored Information

Certain extension information may be stored locally in your browser, including settings, notes, ratings, bookmarks, history, blocklists, workflows, screenshots, preview groups, and saved sessions.

You are responsible for maintaining any backups or exports you require. Clearing browser storage, resetting the extension, switching browser profiles, or uninstalling the extension may permanently delete locally stored information.

CattoDevs cannot retrieve or restore information that was stored only inside your browser and was never transmitted to our servers.

12. Third-Party Websites and Content

Link Previewer Pro displays or interacts with websites operated by third parties.

CattoDevs does not own or control third-party websites and is not responsible for their:

• Content or accuracy;

• Availability or performance;

• Security practices;

• Cookies or tracking;

• Products or services;

• Terms and policies; or

• Changes that affect extension compatibility.

Displaying a third-party website in a preview does not mean that CattoDevs endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with that website.

Some websites may block previews, embedded content, screenshots, copying, or other functionality through their security configurations or technical restrictions. We do not guarantee that every feature will work on every website.

13. Browser Compatibility and Permissions

Link Previewer Pro supports multiple major browsers. Available features and behavior may differ between browsers because of differences in browser APIs, extension-store policies, security restrictions, and browser updates.

The extension may require permissions to access links, webpage content, tabs, bookmarks, downloads, browser storage, or other functionality necessary to provide its disclosed features.

We use these permissions only as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable browser-extension store disclosures.

We may discontinue support for outdated browser or operating-system versions when continuing support is no longer reasonably practical or secure.

14. Updates and Changes to the Extension

We may release updates to:

• Add or improve features;

• Correct errors;

• Maintain compatibility;

• Address security issues;

• Comply with browser-store requirements;

• Prevent abuse; or

• Meet legal or operational requirements.

Updates may change the appearance or behavior of certain features. Depending on your browser settings, updates may be installed automatically by the applicable browser or extension store.

15. Support

To investigate a technical or licensing problem, we may request:

• License information;

• Error messages; or

• Screenshots and diagnostic details you voluntarily provide.

Support availability and response time may vary. References to “24/7 support” mean that support requests may be submitted at any time and do not guarantee an immediate response at all hours.

16. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or electronic-wallet provider.

After a full refund is approved, the corresponding license may be deactivated and premium features will no longer be available.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes or restricts consumer rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property

Link Previewer Pro, CattoDevs, and their related source code, software, designs, interfaces, logos, graphics, documentation, website content, trademarks, and other materials are owned by CattoDevs or their respective licensors.

Except for the limited right to use the product under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

Third-party websites, trademarks, content, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Availability and Service Interruptions

We aim to keep the website, license-validation service, and supported extension features available. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Availability may be affected by:

• Maintenance;

• Server or network interruptions;

• Browser updates;

• Extension-store actions;

• Third-party website changes;

• Security incidents;

• Events outside our reasonable control; or

• Other technical or operational issues.

We may temporarily suspend services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Link Previewer Pro is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• All compatibility issues can be resolved; or

• Locally stored information will never be lost.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CattoDevs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the product;

• Third-party websites or services;

• Loss of locally stored extension information;

• Browser or operating-system changes;

• Unauthorized use of your license or account; or

• Use of the product contrary to these Terms.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, CattoDevs’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to premium features when reasonably necessary because of:

• A material violation of these Terms;

• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity;

• License sharing or circumvention;

• A refunded or reversed payment;

• Security risks;

• Legal or regulatory requirements; or

• Conduct that may harm CattoDevs, users, or third parties.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

You may stop using Link Previewer Pro at any time by uninstalling the extension. Uninstalling the extension does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription.

Sections intended to continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, pricing models, services, technology, providers, or legal obligations change.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country or location.

Before commencing a formal dispute, you are encouraged to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights or filing a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry, National Privacy Commission, a court, or another competent government authority.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, and applicable license or subscription details, constitute the agreement between you and CattoDevs concerning Link Previewer Pro.

If a product-specific checkout disclosure conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific disclosure will apply to that purchase unless prohibited by law.
